Resources

Welcome to the resource section! Since my blog covers many different topics, and so does my life, this resource section will too. I like to think of it as a gold mine for those who suffer from similar issues as I do, because I do a lot of research. Have a look around…

Free Self Help Booklets

I have used these 6 booklets as the basis of a large binder that I keep (printed from a DOC) which I call my “Wellness Folder” (actually only 3 of them, as I only recently found all 6). It is a very large document, about 300 pages, that I will share with you in pieces on this blog, and maybe here in it’s entirety at some point.

  1. Developing a Recovery and Wellness Lifestyle – PDF
  2. Action Planning for Prevention and Recovery – PDF
  3. Dealing with the Effects of Trauma- PDF
  4. Building Self-Esteem – PDF
  5. Speaking Out for Yourself – PDF
  6. Making and Keeping Friends – PDF
