Nice introduction to fitness and nutrition from an inspiring, women (and mother) perspective. I like Kathy Smith because she is not over the top, practical, with easy to live-by advice. This book includes an introduction to the different types of exercise, including flexibility, strength, and aerobics. Also has a good overview of diet and nutrition, including 3 different meal plan systems. Also includes a walking, strength and stretch routines.
