The best back book that I have found (I have looked through over 50!). This book changed the way I felt about my back injury, and put the power and control of my back pain into my hands. Very comprehensive, including sections on proper mechanics, when and how to seek a doctor, pregnancy, fitness/nutrition, sleeping, and your back in everyday life. The stretch routine they include is like magic, and really does work to relieve a tremendous amount of pain.
