Like all “For Dummies” series books is thorough, but too in depth, with lots of helpful tools and ideas. Includes three chapters on helping someone you know who has bipolar disorder. Great “Part of Tens” section at the end that covers questions to ask a therapist, ways to fight the high cost of treatment, and ways to help the bipolar community.
