I put in my reviews of the book too, if you are interested in my opinions on each, along with a rating. These are books that have helped me along my healing process and I wanted to share them. I hope to add a section soon of “Therapist Recommended” books, some of which are already included. These will be books that my therapist has recommended to me over the years.
